10.3 Fees and Payment
Service fees, payment terms, and billing arrangements will be specified in your engagement letter. Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

- Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise specified
- Late payments may be subject to interest at the rate of 1.5% per month (or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is lower)
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Services for non-payment
- You are responsible for all costs of collection, including reasonable attorneys' fees
10.4 Guarantee Terms and Conditions
Any guarantees, satisfaction promises, or money-back offers referenced on the Website or in marketing materials are subject to the following terms:

- Limitations: Guarantees do not apply if client terminates early, fails to cooperate, provides inaccurate information, or violates engagement terms
Full guarantee terms will be specified in the engagement letter, which shall control in case of any conflict.
11. Confidentiality and Privacy
As a licensed CPA firm, Accountaholics PLLC is subject to strict professional confidentiality obligations under federal and state law, AICPA Code of Professional Conduct, and Washington State Board of Accountancy regulations.
Client information is confidential and privileged. We will not disclose client financial information, tax returns, accounting records, or other confidential materials except:
- With your express written consent or authorization
- As required by law, regulation, or legal process (e.g., subpoena, court order)
- To comply with professional standards and regulatory obligations (e.g., peer review, quality control)

- Confidentiality and indemnification obligations continue after termination
- Any refund eligibility will be determined in accordance with the engagement letter
12.3 Survival
The following provisions survive termination: Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Intellectual Property Rights, Confidentiality, Governing Law, and Dispute Resolution.
13. Dispute Resolution
13.1 Informal Resolution
Before initiating any formal dispute resolution proceeding, you agree to first contact us to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. Please send written notice to roxana@accountaholics.com with a detailed description of the dispute. We will attempt to resolve the matter in good faith within 30 days.
13.2 Governing Law and Venue
These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms, the Website, or our Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
